FDCS provides a highly selective, Christ-centered education to the Chester community in order to develop students who will become godly men and women, able to reach their God-given potential. Our students have gone on to accomplish great things, including graduation from college, attending graduate school and achieving their dreams in this community and beyond.

Who are the teachers?FDCS teachers are certified by the state and highly qualified to teach in our school. Our teachers are committed, dedicated Christians with Bachelor and Master Degrees.

What are the grades?Pre-K3, Pre-K4, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

How much is the tuition?Grades Pre-K3 & Pre-K4: Tuition is $450 per month. For those who qualify, ELRC (formerly known as CCIS-Dept. of Human Services) offers funding for Preschool. Apply now. Grades K-3rd: Tuition starts at $200 per month, based on a sliding scale of family income.

What are the school hours?School begins at 8am with prayer, and ends at 3pm. Students are considered late after 8:15am. Breakfast ends at 8:30am. The After Care Program is 3:15 –6pm.

What is the age for Preschool?Pre-K3: 3 years old Pre-K4: 4 years old Students with late birthdays, up to November 15th, will also be accepted. All students must be assessed.
